FMTSO: The Senses

CIMG4273

One weekend in May and one in September we have a big Spring vs Autumn Market, which takes up pretty much the whole of the inner city. It’s an occasion which has a lot to offer for all five senses: Much to see, lots of noise, a blend of all sorts of smells, yummy things to taste, and toys and things crying out to be touched and squeezed…

Mosaic Monday: Funfair

With the annual Spring Market comes the Funfair. I never really was one for going round and round and upside down myself, even as child… But now I enjoy the opportunity to play with my new camera!

Mosaic Monday: Playing With Fire

2010-12-12 fire

A juggler performed at the Christmas market: After warming up with some simpler tricks, he went on to juggling with three torches (the pictures on the right); then balanced one of the torches on top of a sword) (top left picture) and ended up juggling with the torch, the sword and an apple (bottom left picture) – and eating the apple in between (that I was not able to catch with the camera).
