I agree so we have to take time and enjoy every moment of it. ^_^RT
This makes for such an interesting and in a way sad photo. Is it at your dad's house?
I love the beauty in this shotand it's touching as wellI find worn out stuff to be quite lovely
The warm glow amid the snow (I didn't mean that to rhyme!) is lovely. And I've always been haunted by your observation regarding wearing-out. Most things gain some sort of beauty as they decline, though.
Ginny - yes it is at my dad's old place. I wish I could just keep the artist's view of it, but...
Such beautiful weathering of this old place! And the result of all these memories of other lives gathered together is a fascinating work of art!
So much more concise in the French - but so true nonetheless ...Have a great day!
Looks very cold brrrr.Red Is happiness, have a great week!
We got some snow, too! Love your photo.
A great every day "still life!"It could be a painting!
But even in the "wearing out," the old garden shed looks beautiful.BOY IN BRIGHT RED SHORTSBoy in bright red shorts,With a shirt of blue,Strolling on the Malecón —I wish I were you; Carefree and content,Nothing much to do,Chillin’ in your bright red shortsAnd your shirt of blue. © 2012 by Magical Mystical TeacherChild of the Huichol

Boy in bright red shorts,
With a shirt of blue,
Strolling on the Malecón —
I wish I were you;
Carefree and content,
Nothing much to do,
Chillin’ in your bright red shorts
And your shirt of blue.
