Last week was the Grand Première of spring flowers being planted in the parks and cemeteries. It’s usually the pansies that are the first to come out… Looking a little shy and confused the first few days, wondering what happened to them… But such a welcome sight!
See more Monday Mosaics at Mary’s Little Red House.
Pansies always amaze me. They look so delicate but manage to bloom in the fiercest conditions. Those gardens are really lovely.
ReplyDeleteWhat great pictures!! And I love that artistic design of the flower beds!
ReplyDeleteoh wow, what a great flower beds! Awesome!
ReplyDeletewill be spectacular when they are all in bloom
ReplyDeleteA lovely sight I'm sure now let's hope the snow does NOT come again as it has here in my world. I just planted pansies and the snow came AGAIN!
ReplyDeleteI know you are so happy to see these flowers blooming and to find spring on your door step once again, soon your planer boxes and little balcony will be covered in color.
ReplyDeletePansies are like that, aren't they? ^-^ We have some purple ones that just appear out of nowhere, not in the garden but in the yard every year somewhere new; I guess they re-seed themselves some how...
